These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the online fee payment facility provided by Tapovan Youth Alumni Group Trust, operating Tapovan Vidya Vihar and Tapovan Pre School (collectively, “Tapovan,” “the School,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), through our website https://www.tapovanvidyavihar.org/ and the integrated payment gateway. By accessing the payment facility and making a payment, you (“Parent,” “Guardian,” “Payer,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope This facility allows parents and guardians to pay school fees and other applicable charges to Tapovan electronically through the CCAvenue payment gateway. The facility is intended solely for making payments to the School on behalf of currently enrolled or admitted students.
2. Eligibility You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, are the parent or legal guardian of the student concerned (or are duly authorised to pay on their behalf), and that the payment information you provide is accurate, complete, and your own or used with proper authority.
3. Payment Process All payments are processed through CCAvenue, a third-party payment aggregator. You may pay using the methods supported by CCAvenue, including net banking, debit/credit cards, UPI, and wallets, as available. Payments are denominated and processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
4. Accuracy of Information You are responsible for entering the correct student name, class/grade, admission or enrolment number, fee particulars, and amount. The School is not responsible for payments made against incorrect details. Please retain your payment reference number and confirmation for your records.
5. Confirmation of Payment A payment is treated as successful only upon receipt of confirmation from the payment gateway and credit of funds to the School’s account. An on-screen message or SMS/email does not by itself constitute confirmation if funds are not received. Where a payment is debited from your account but not confirmed, please refer to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Fees, Charges, and Taxes The fee amounts payable are as communicated by the School through official fee circulars, the admission office, or the fee portal. Any convenience charges, gateway charges, or taxes (if levied) will be displayed before you confirm payment. The School reserves the right to revise its fee structure in accordance with applicable regulations and prior notice to parents.
7. No Guarantee of Continuous Availability The online payment facility is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for delays, failures, or interruptions arising from the payment gateway, banks, internet connectivity, or events beyond our reasonable control. The School also accepts payments through other approved offline channels.
8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the online payment facility. The School’s liability in relation to any transaction shall not exceed the amount of that transaction actually received by the School. Matters relating to card security, transaction authorisation, and processing are governed by the terms of the payment gateway and your bank.
9. Intellectual Property All content on the School’s website, including logos, marks, text, and graphics, is the property of Tapovan and may not be used without prior written permission.
10. Conduct and Misuse You agree not to misuse the facility, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. The School reserves the right to refuse or reverse transactions suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorised.
11. Amendments The School may revise these Terms at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your transaction applies to that transaction.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
